Get Your Mantra On

Nothing can change your experience of this world more than the way you talk to yourself. You can be your own worst enemy or your own biggest cheerleader, depending on the script that’s running over and over again in your mind.

A mantra is a statement that’s repeated frequently. Mantras can take many forms and can be used in many different ways. At the most basic level, though, mantras are used to set an intention.

"I am powerful"

"I am energized"

"I am free"

When repeated frequently enough, mantras have the ability to alter your subconscious belief patterns. Altering your subconscious beliefs is one of the most fundamental steps in lasting behavior change.

When you change your story (subconscious belief patterns), then you change your perception (conscious thought patterns) and ultimately your behavior (habits).

Ask yourself this: are you an actor or a screenwriter in the play of your life? Are you playing out the script that’s already written for you? Or are you ready to re-write the script altogether? If so, get your mantra on. Purposefully decide the script that you will allow to take up presence in your mind each and everyday.

It’s a sacred space - protect it fiercely.
