Holiday Gift Guide 2020

A new way of “washing” hair without traditional shampoo and conditioner. It does require a bit of dedication to switch if you’ve been using traditional shampoo and conditioner for years, but most people find it’s worth the effort - less product needed overall and results in more vibrant hair.
We are all washing our hands more these days. Might as well make it make sure that it’s a clean (and non-drying) formula. My favorite scent is lavender + coconut, but they have tons of options to satisfy all tastes. They also have a great hand sanitizer spray in coconut + lemon scent.
I’ve tried a lot of food delivery programs and Hungryroot has stood the test of time so far. It has a lot of variety and is super quick to cook and serve. They also cater to different dietary preferences (e.g., no dairy, no soy, no gluten). It’s not 100% organic or non-GMO (yet), but it is free from artificial sweeteners / colors / preservatives, hydrogenated oils and high-fructose corn syrup. If you are looking for a no frills way to eat a bit better, Hungryroot is worth exploring.
A great powdered magnesium supplement that has multiple functions -- it helps support the over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body that require magnesium. Magnesium gets depleted quickly when under stress, so it’s a great addition to your stress support arsenal. It’s particularly great before bed.
An innovative immune support supplement that recently launched and is quite timely right about now. Powered by nature’s superfood, colostrum, it helps support your immune system from the inside out. Unfortunately, I’m sensitive to dairy, so I can’t take this product regularly - I would if I could, but I have my whole family on it.

If you’re going to have chocolate, make it amazing! This chocolate is sugar free, dairy free and gluten free. That sounds like it would be awful, but it’s so rich and decadent because it’s made from raw cacao. And, for an extra bonus, they add adaptogens. Good stuff.

If you’re going to have coffee, I suggest having the highest quality you can possibly find. Given that many people are spending more time at home these days, this is a great way to get cafe-quality coffee at home (with minimal effort). One tablespoon of coffee concentrate has 150 mg of caffeine.
I waited on the sidelines for a long time before purchasing this... and I’m sorry that I waited so long. This sleep and movement tracker is sleek and it tracks two of the most important metrics -- sleep and movement. There are fancier trackers on the market now, but simplicity often outweighs novelty. I’m a big fan of focusing on the basics.
What would a gift guide be without an opportunity to give back? Grapevine is a giving platform that hosts giving circles - like book clubs for donating. Pool your resources with friends, co-workers, neighbors or any other group you're a part of to go towards causes you care about.
