Our Mission
We leverage nutrition and lifestyle tools to help couples take control of their fertility and optimize the health trajectory of their children.
We leverage nutrition and lifestyle tools to help couples take control of their fertility and optimize the health trajectory of their children.
• Healthier parents give birth to healthier babies
• Fertility is an extension of overall health; anything you do to improve your health also improves your fertility
• Egg and sperm health are modifiable through diet, lifestyle and supplementation, regardless of age
• It takes ~90 days to begin to see improvements in egg health & sperm health parameters (the approximate amount of time it takes for final egg maturation and sperm production)
• Fertility involves both partners
• Optimal pre-conception preparation involves more than just a prenatal vitamin
• Better pre-conception care leads to easier conception, healthier pregnancies and healthier babies
• You can apply a systematic approach to getting pregnant to increase the probability of conception on your terms and on your timeline
Our bodies were designed to conceive easily, but our modern day environment was not designed to support easy conception. We have to systematically upgrade our environment (diet and lifestyle) to upgrade our fertility.
Proactive: Preparing for pregnancy in advance is your best strategy to get pregnant on your terms and on your timeline.
Holistic: We leverage targeted nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle practices to optimally support you and your partner along the fertility journey.
Collaborative: We believe that collaboration supports conception - collaborate with us, collaborate with your partner and collaborate with other women in the Xandara community.
Data-driven: We leverage the latest, cutting edge science in egg health, mitochondrial support and functional medicine to create our products.
