We leverage nutrition and lifestyle tools to help couples take control of their fertility and optimize the health trajectory of their children.

As professional women who wanted to pursue both a successful career and a successful family life, we found the current fertility solutions to be woefully inadequate. Despite the many offerings, this area remains far underserved; many of the current solutions are invasive, expensive or ineffective.

With background in nutrition and functional medicine, we knew there was a better way to approach conception and pregnancy. We wanted to build this better way for couples to navigate the pregnancy and parenthood process, utilizing natural, holistic and scientifically validated tools.

Our approach to conception is completely distinct from many existing solutions because our premises are fundamentally different.

Our view on the latest fertility science:

  • Overall health & wellness is the biggest predictor of fertility, not age

  • Egg health is modifiable through diet and lifestyle; it is not static

  • It takes ~90 days to begin to see improvements in egg health & sperm health parameters (the approximate amount of time it takes for final egg maturation and sperm production)

Our view on the most effective approach to getting pregnant:

  • Conception is a couple’s journey, not only a woman’s responsibility

  • To get optimal results, you should prepare for pregnancy like you prepare for a wedding - many months in advance and with a lot of forethought and planning

  • You can apply a systematic approach to getting pregnant to increase the probability of conception on your terms and on your timeline

In essence, we believe that our bodies were designed to conceive easily, but our modern day environment was not designed to support easy conception. Therefore, we have to upgrade our environment (diet and lifestyle) to upgrade our fertility.

Preparing for pregnancy in advance is your best strategy to get pregnant on your terms and on your timeline.

We leverage targeted nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle practices to optimally support you and your partner along the fertility and pregnancy journey.

We leverage the latest, cutting edge science in egg health, mitochondrial support and functional medicine to create and adapt our products.

We believe that collaboration supports conception - collaborate with us, collaborate with your partner and collaborate with other women in the Xandara community.
